Welcome to Belltrees, home of the White family since 1831 and one of Australia’s most famous rural properties with its crowning centre piece, the Homestead.

Belltrees remains today a very large and historic working farm, incorporating horses and Black Angus cattle. Belltrees, located near Scone, the horse capital of Australia, breeds thoroughbreds to produce some of Australia's finest polo ponies.

Belltrees accommodates guests in the Belltrees Country House, a magnificent home to Peter and Serena White and their family…..a true B&B (plus dinner) experience or a selection of Belltrees Cottages or the spectacular Mountain Retreat.

Many of our guests are happy to relax in our wonderful rural environment and enjoy a healthy wholesome country holiday. But when you want excercise, entertainment or action, there is no shortage of choices.

On the station you can swim in the pool, or the river, play tennis, hire a canoe on the Hunter River or simply explore the historic village. Nearby on Lake Glenbawn, you can waterski or take joy rides in a jet-boat.

Within a short drive there are vineyards, golf courses, the Barrington Tops National Park, rural tours and stud tours.

Ideal for small groups and individuals with a variety of accommodation available including The Country House (bed and breakfast) and three delightful self catering cottages - Munro(8 guests), White (4 guests) and Finch (6 guests).
